You can click Help Desk on the left hand side after logging in. You can open a ticket with Hirezon.
Issues with using Interview Exchange in Mozilla Firefox
Interview Exchange is browser sensitive and if you are opening Interview Exchange in Firefox, log out of Interview Exchange and reopen using Chrome or Edge.
