E-Signature Form Authorization Failure Error

Issue/Question

I received a link to authorize an e-signature form but when I click the link it gives me this error message:

Authorization Failure Error.

Cause

This error often occurs because the form was not sent through the E-Signature website. It instead was forwarded from an email.

Resolution

Have the sender re-send the email with the link to the form from the E-Signature website.
