Editing Permissions for Zoom Desktop Client for Windows

How do I change the permissions for Zoom for my camera and microphone?

Environment

  • Zoom
  • Windows

Resolution

  1. Close Zoom Desktop Client.
  2. Click Start and navigate to Settings.
  3. Navigate to Privacy & Security.
  4. Select Camera or Microphone under App permissions.
  5. Confirm Camera access or Microphone access is turned On.
  6. Confirm Let apps access your camera/microphone is turned On.
  7. Scroll to Let desktop apps access your camera/microphone and confirm it is turned On.
  8. Open Zoom Desktop Client and verify camera and microphone are working.
