Why is Setup Needed displayed next to a user's name once they have been added to Web CMS?
Environment
Cause
Adding and removing users from Web CMS websites is a manual process performed by our administrators.
Resolution
This status is displayed after the request is made, but before the change has been completed. The Main Site Contact will receive an email once the setup is complete and the change has taken effect.
