Cancelling an Existing Laptop Request

Issue/Question

How do I cancel an existing laptop request with TopperTech?

Resolution

  1. Sign into the ITS Client Portal.
  2. Click Services tab.  
  3. Click Ticket Requests
  4. Click on your laptop request ticket.
  5. Click Withdraw Request.

If you need assistance, please contact the ITS Service Desk or submit a service request by clicking the Request Service button.
