Issues Accessing iStart

Issue/Question

I cannot log into the iStart system.

Resolution

If you are actively enrolled in classes at WKU:

  1. Click LOGIN  under the Full Client Services for Students & Scholars section.
  2. Enter your NetID and password.
  3. Click Sign in.
  4. If you cannot login, try accessing another NetID-based system, such as Blackboard or myWKU.
    • If you can login to another NetID-based system, the issue is with iStart. Contact the International Student Office at 270-745-4857​, or by email at iem@wku.edu for assistance.
    • If you cannot login to another NetID-based system, confirm your NetID and reset your NetID password. If you still have trouble logging in, contact the ITS Service Desk at 270-745-7000 or via chat.

If you are not actively enrolled in classes at WKU:

  1. Visit iStart here
  2. Click Limited Services
  3. If you do not have a Limited Access PIN, click on E-mail me my Limited Access PIN
     Note: This is not the same PIN as your TopNet WKU ID PIN. 
  4. If you have your limited access PIN, enter your WKU ID, Date of Birth, and the Limited Access PIN
  5. Click Login.
