I cannot log into the iStart system.

International Admissions & Student Services at 270-745-4857 for assistance or any additional concerns.
If you are actively enrolled in classes at WKU:
- Navigate to iStart website.
- Click Login under the Current Students, Faculty, or Staff section.
- Enter your NetID and password.
- Click Sign in.
- If you are unable to sign in, confirm your NetID on the Manage WKU Accounts page and try resetting your password. Contact the International Admissions & Student Services for further assistance.
If you are not actively enrolled in classes at WKU:
- Navigate to iStart website.
- Click Limited Services Login.
- If you do not have a Limited Access PIN, click on E-mail me my Limited Access PIN.
- If you have your limited access PIN, enter your WKU ID, Date of Birth, and Limited Access PIN.
- Click Login.
