Issues Accessing iStart

Issue/Question

I cannot log into the iStart system.

This article is provided only for your convenience. WKU Information Technology Services does not manage or support iStart. Please contact International Admissions & Student Services at 270-745-4857 for assistance or any additional concerns.

If you are actively enrolled in classes at WKU:

  1. Navigate to iStart website.
  2. Click Login under the Current Students, Faculty, or Staff section.
  3. Enter your NetID and password.
  4. Click Sign in.
  5. If you are unable to sign in, confirm your NetID on the Manage WKU Accounts page and try resetting your password. Contact the International Admissions & Student Services for further assistance.

If you are not actively enrolled in classes at WKU:

  1. Navigate to iStart website.
  2. Click Limited Services Login.
  3. If you do not have a Limited Access PIN, click on E-mail me my Limited Access PIN.
  4. If you have your limited access PIN, enter your WKU ID, Date of Birth, and Limited Access PIN
  5. Click Login.
