Does WKU ITS support software not distributed by the WKU ITS?
Resolution
WKU ITS does not support software that was not distributed through the various channels the ITS Unit utilizes. These channels include but are not limited to:
- Pre-loaded software on WKU equipment
- WKU hosted websites
The respective publishers of the software should be contacted directly for support.
