Member Already Exists Error

Issue/Question

When I add or edit a staff member page in Add-Ons I get the error:

Member Already Exists

Cause

There are two entries for the same email address in the same staff listing.  

Resolution

  1. Check to make sure you haven't already used that email address for another staff member listing
  2. If you have not entered someone twice, please contact the ITS Service Desk.
