Creating a Second Staff Profile

Issue/Question

I have a staff member who already has a profile on a departmental website. I need to add them to another page but I need to change the information on their staff profile. Is it going to change the information on every profile they have?

Cause

By default, you have one staff profile in Web CMS. This means that when it's added to more than one staff page it only reflects one set of information. The Web CMS administrators can create separate profiles for you if needed.

Resolution

If you have someone that needs two separate staff profiles with different information, please contact the ITS Service Desk or submit a service request.
