Issue/Question
When I attempt signing into wku.unimarket.com I am redirected to a page that states:
Single Sign-On Error. Single-On request to Unimarket failed. Account Locked.
Environment
Cause
This error message indicates the users NetID account authenticated through Active Directory but when it hit TopShop's server it failed to authenticate.
Resolution
Please contact Purchasing to get this issue resolved.
