Printed Pages Not Spanning Entire Width of Paper

Issue/Question

When printing documents from Firefox the printed page is not spanning across the entire piece of paper. How can I set Firefox to print on an entire piece of paper?

Environment

• Firefox

Cause

The format settings for printing have been changed.

Resolution

1. Start Firefox.
2. Select the Open Menu icon in the upper-right side of Firefox.
3. Select Print.
4. Select Page Setup....
5. Change Scale: field to 100.
6. Select the Shrink to fit Page Width check box.
7. Select OK.
