Not Receiving Grades Submitted Message

Issue/Question

TopNet does not display Grades have been submitted message when returning to the Final Grades page.

Environment

  • TopNet

Cause

TopNet will only display this message after a change has been made to the submitted grades. It does not display this message if no changes had been made to the submitted grades.

Resolution

If you are able to log out and log back into TopNet and view the grades you had previously entered, then they have been stored in the system. No further action is required.
