Restoring Missing Gridlines

Issue/Question

I am missing gridlines from my document in Microsoft Word 2016.

Environment

• Microsoft Word 2016

Cause

This issue may affect users who upgrade from an older version of Microsoft Office to Microsoft Office 2016. Specifically, users who use mailing labels.

Resolution

1. Open your mailing labels in Microsoft Office 2016. The document will look blank.
2. Click the Design tab, under Table Tools section.
3. Click Borders  and select View Gridlines.
