Displaying New Message Notifications

How do I make Outlook notify me of new emails?

Resolution

1. Click File.
2. Click Options.
3. Click Mail.
4. Click  Display a Desktop Alert to turn on the feature.
5. Click OK.

 Note: If you are using Windows 10 and a notification still does not display, notifications may be disabled in Windows. See this article for more information.
