Images Not Displaying in Outlook Web App

Some images are missing from emails in the Outlook Web App.

Environment

• Exchange (Faculty/Staff) Email
  • Outlook Web App

Cause

For your protection, some web browsers including Firefox and Google Chrome block insecure (non-HTTPS) content from secure (HTTPS) web pages.

Resolution

Mozilla Firefox

If a shield icon appears on the left-side of the address bar, click the shield and click Disable Protection on this Page.

Google Chrome

If a shield icon appears on the right-side of the address bar, click the shield and choose load anyway or load unsafe scripts.
