Issue/Question
Events created on my phone do not show up in Outlook, but events created in Outlook show up on my phone.
Environment
Cause
The native calendar app on Samsung devices does not have a default calendar. Instead, events automatically set to the last used account. Updates to the phone may reset the preference to the My Calendar account stored only on the phone.
Resolution
- Open the Calendar app
- Tap the to make an event.
- Tap My calendars under location.
- Select the desired account (e.g. WKU) to add to the calendar of.
- Tap Save.
