Finding Multiple Instructor Email Addresses

Issue/Question

How can I find all of my instructors email addresses for the current or previous term?

Environment

• TopNet
  • Student Services

Resolution

1. Log into TopNet.
2. Click the Student Services tab.
3. Click Registration.
4. Click Select Term.
5. Select the term you would like to view from the Select a Term dropdown box.
6. Click Submit.
7. Click Student Detail Schedule.
8. The instructors name appears next to Assigned Instructor. To send an email with your computers default program, click on the  envelope icon next to the instructors name. To copy the email address to another program, right-click on the icon and choose Copy email address or Copy link address.
