How do I connect my Amazon Echo to the internet?

Wi-Fi Connection
Connect to
WKU-Wireless
in System Settings.
You should now be connected to WKU-WIRELESS. If you are still unable to use the wireless network successfully please locate the MAC address. Follow the steps below to locate the MAC address:
In the
Alexa
app, open
the
left navigation panel
.
Tap
Settings
.
Tap
Device Settings
.
Scroll down and tap
About
.
The MAC address will be listed there.
Note:
If your MAC address is shown here, you may skip to step 10. If not, or if you need to register a new device, continue with step 6.
Select
your device
and then select
Update Wi-Fi
. Or
,
If you're adding a new device to your account, select
Set up a new device
instead.
On your Echo device, press and hold the
Action
button until the light ring changes to orange. Your mobile device will then connect to your Echo device.
A list of available Wi-Fi networks appear in the app.
Tap
Any Wi-Fi network
. Scroll down on this screen until you see the MAC address.
With your MAC address ready, please
submit an online request
or contact the
ITS Service Desk
