Issue/Question
Some features (such as color printing) are missing from my print options.
Cause
If the device supports the desired feature but it is not offered as an option there could be an issue with the driver for the printer that you are using.
Resolution
Remove and reinstall the printer. Download the most appropriate driver from the manufacturer's website. Please contact the ITS Service Desk for further assistance or questions.
