Student - Installing Mathematica on a Personal Device

Issue/Question

As a WKU student, how do I install Mathematica on my personal computer?

Resolution

1. Go here.
2. If you have a Wolfram ID already, skip to step 6.
3. Click Create one on the login page.
4. Fill out the required form, using your Toppermail address in the email field.
5. Once your account is created, follow the email verification link that is sent to your Toppermail.
6. Log in with your Wolfram ID.
   Note: If you do not see the Wolfram Activation Key Request Form now, try clicking the link in step 1 again.
7. Enter the information required in the form. If the department of your major is not listed, select Other.
8. You may leave the Notes/Machine name field blank.
9. Enter your anticipated graduation date and hit Submit.
10. Your activation key has been created. Consider printing the page for your own records.
11. Click Product Summary page.
12. Scroll down to Downloads and select your preferred operating system download link. We recommended using the download manager option, as the file is quite large.
13. Once your download is complete, follow the prompts to install Mathematica.
