How do I print double sided from Outlook?

Environment

  • Outlook 2019

Resolution

  1. Open the email you wish to print.
  2. Click File.
  3. Click Print.
  4. Click Print Options under your desired printer. 
  5. Click Properties.
  6. Configure the settings as you would like. 
    Note: Different models of printers may call this feature different things, such as 2 Sided, Double Sided, or Duplexed.
  7. Click OK.
  8. Click Print.
