Using Virtual Background in Zoom During a Meeting

How do I use a virtual background in my Zoom meeting? 

Environment

• Zoom
• Windows
• MacOS

Resolution

1. Open your Zoom Desktop client and sign into Zoom.
2. Join the meeting.
3. In the bottom toolbar, click the ^ arrow next to Start/Stop Video.
4. Make sure you've enabled the virtual background feature. 
5. Click Choose a virtual background...
6. If you have a physical green screen set up, check I have a green screen at the bottom of the window.
   1. You can then click on your video to select the correct color for the green screen.
7. Click on an image to select the desired virtual background.
   1. You may also add your own background by clicking + and choosing if you want to upload an image or a video. 
8. If prompted, click Download to download the package for virtual background without a green screen.
