Deleting an Annotation

Issue/Question

How do I delete an annotation (e.g. highlight, underline) I've made to a submission in Blackboard?

Environment

  • Blackboard

Resolution

  1. Navigate to the submission in question.
  2. In the preview pane, click the annotation you wish to delete.
  3. A toolbar will appear at the top of the preview pane.
  4. Click the Trash Can icon on the far-right of the toolbar.
  5. Confirm that you wish to delete the annotation
  6. The annotation should be deleted.
