Issue/Question
When browsing the Internet, I receive the following warning:
A script on this page may be busy, or it may have stopped responding. You can stop the script now, or you can continue to see if the script will complete.
Environment
Cause
Firefox is detecting that a script may be running out of control, and would make Firefox freeze if nothing else is done. The script could be something on a web page you're accessing, in an extension you installed, or even Firefox itself.
Resolution
If clicking on Continue causes the same dialog box to appear, letting the script run longer will not fix the situation. In this case, click Stop to end the script immediately and continue using Firefox.
