Downloading Your Zoom Recordings From The Cloud

How do I download Zoom recordings from the Zoom cloud?

1. Sign into the Zoom web portal.
2. In the navigation menu to the left, click Recordings & Transcripts.
3. Adjust the date range and status, then search by host, meeting ID, topic, or keyword.
   Note: There is no limit on the date you can specify.
4. Click the title of the recording you want to download.
5. If you make multiple recordings during the meeting, you will see each recording listed. Select Download below your desired recording(s).
6. Specify whether you want to be reminded that Each file will be downloaded separately, each time.
   Note: This refers to any additional recorded meeting components which may or may not have been captured per your individual meeting settings, including Shared screen with speaker view, audio only, and audio transcript.
7. You may be prompted to choose a download location for your files. Follow these instructions if you are having trouble locating your saved Zoom recording.
