Managing Email Threads on Mobile Device

Issue/Question

All my emails are grouping together or I need to group my emails together based on the conversation.

Environment

Resolution

1. Navigate to the Settings app.
2. Scroll down and tap on the Mail icon.
3. Scroll down until you find Organize by Thread section.
4. Toggle on or off as desired.
