Links Not Opening From Submitted Graduate School Application

Issue/Question

When I click the View link for documents attached to a Graduate School application, nothing appears.

Environment

• Admissions Office employee

Cause

The attached files require a plugin (IRCViewer from EMC Corporation) in order to be viewed.

Resolution

1. Open the link from the email sent by the Graduate Studies Office.
2. Click one of the View links in the form.
3. A TopNet login page will appear. Login with your NetID and password.
4. Install the plugin when prompted after logging in.
5. The documents will now display when clicking the View link.
