How Do I Add or Remove a Time / Leave Reporting Proxy in TopNet?

Note: You must be listed as a main approver to add or remove proxies.  To change the main approver for staff, faculty, and student time sheets, please contact the Payroll department.

  1. Log in to TopNet.
  2. Click Employee Services tab.
  3. Click Proxy Set Up.

To Remove Existing Proxy

  1. Check box in Remove column beside proxy you wish to remove.
  2. Click Save.

To Add New Proxy

  1. Click dropdown selection in last row of table (probably reads BANSECR (APS), BANSECR).
  2. Scroll to and click desired proxy name.
  3. Check box in Add column beside your selection.
  4. Click Save.
