Who do I contact when I have issues with my campus cable?
Resolution
Effective July 1st 2020, campus cable television was converted to “Over-the-air” (OTA). The service now consists of 19 channels that we are able to obtain ‘over the air', leveraging antennas, at no cost for the service. You will need to complete a rescan from your TV to remove the channels that are no longer available. The channel lineup consists of the following channels:
5.1 CBS
5.2 5 News
5.3 LAFF
12.1 WKU 12
12.2 WKU NPR
12.3 WKU Classical
13.1 ABC HD
13.2 Fox
13.3 CW
24.1 PBS HD
24.2 Create
24.3 Weather Radar
40.1 NBC HD
40.2 CBS
40.3 METV
53.1 KET 1
53.2 KET 2
53.3 KET 3
53.4 KET Kids
If you are unable to receive these channels, please contact the ITS Service Desk or submit a service request.
