Dock Icons Not Appearing

Why can't I see my dock icons? Finder will also not open?

Environment

• macOS

Cause

Finder may be in a different window, or hidden and unable to be found.

Resolution

1. Right click Finder in the dock.
2. Select Show all windows... .
