Issue/Question
When attempting to start a new application for admission with WKU, I reach a page titled Pre-Application Questions, but the rest of the page is entirely blank.
Environment
Cause
The application site uses certain page encodings that are not always rendered correctly in Internet Explorer.
Resolution
You can use an alternate browser, such as Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome.
