Creating a Conference Call (Cisco)

How do I make a conference call?

Environment

• Cisco Phones

Resolution

1. From a connected call, press the  conference button.
2. Make a call to the user you would like to add to the conference call.
3. Press the conference button once connected. This will add the user to the conference call.
4. Repeat steps 1-3 to add more participants. You can add up to 6 participants including yourself.

Note: The conference call ends when all participants hang up. Users can remain connected even if the user that started the conference call disconnects.
