Issue/Question
I do not recall the username and/or password for my guest account.
Resolution
The sponsor of the account is the only one that can look up the account credentials. If you are the guest, contact the sponsor that gave you the account originally. The instructions below are listed for the sponsor.
- Go here.
- Select Current Accounts.
- Select the Pencil and Paper icon next to the account.
- The account name and password will be displayed.
