How do I deactivate Microsoft 365 licenses so I can install it on another computer?
Environment
Resolution
Microsoft 365 licensing can only be applied to five devices at a time.
- Navigate to Office Portal.
- Sign in using your WKU email address and WKU account password.
- Click account icon in bottom-left corner.
Note: This may be a round icon with your initials in it or a picture that you may have uploaded for your profile.
- Click View account.
- Click Devices.
- Click and then Disable lost device next to desired device.
