How do I edit permissions for Zoom Desktop Client for macOS?

- Make sure the Zoom application is closed.
- Click the Apple menu at the top left corner of your screen.
- Click System Settings.
- Click Privacy & Security.
- Scroll to and select the permission that you need to update: Camera, Microphone, Screen Recording, Files and Folders, or Accessibility.
- Toggle on access for zoom.us and/or Zoom Rooms.
- If prompted, enter your Mac username and password to make changes.
- A window will appear prompting you to restart Zoom or the Zoom Rooms application.
- If you need to allow other permissions, click Later. Repeat steps 7 and 8 for any additional permissions you need to enable,
- Reopen Zoom and you should now have full access.
Note: WKU-owned computers will require using Privileges app for administrator privileges to make changes.
