Making the WebAssign Tool Available

Issue/Question

I am unable to create or access the WebAssign tool in my course site.

Environment

• Blackboard

Cause

The WebAssign tool is disabled in the course site.

Resolution

The Instructor of the course site will need to enable the WebAssign tool.

1. In the Control Panel, click Customization.
2. Click Tool Availability.
3. Locate WebAssign in the list.
4. Click the checkbox for Available in Content Areas.
5. Click Submit.
