How to I toggle Work Offline mode in Outlook?
Cause
If there is a problem with an Internet connection, the Work Offline option can allow users to continue to work in Outlook while disconnected from the server. Once Outlook reconnects to the server, it will sync email and calendar items and send messages in the Outbox folder.
Resolution
- Select the Send/Receive tab.
- Click Work Offline.
