How do I get a spreadsheet of my course's roster in Blackboard?

Log into Blackboard.
Navigate to the course where you wish to download the roster.
Click Gradebook.
Click the Download Gradebook link in the upper-right corner, next to the settings gear.
Under Grade Records, select Full Gradebook.
Under Record Details, select at least one column. You may select more if you would like that data.
Under File Type ensure that Tab-separated File (.xls) is selected.
Under Save Location, ensure My Device is selected.
Click Download.
Open the file you downloaded. You will need to edit this file to remove any grade information you do not wish to have, but the full roster of students will be contained within this file.
