Issue/Question
When I try logging into my Admissions application, I get an error message:
ID record locked due to excessive invalid login attempts.
Cause
Entering the correct Login ID, but incorrect PIN three times locks the account.
Resolution
WKU ITS must clear the lock. Please contact the ITS Service Desk.
