Creating a Zipped Folder

How do you compress multiple files into one zipped folder?

Environment

  • macOS

Resolution

  1. Select all files for compression by holding down the command key and clicking on each file.
  2. Control + click on the selected files, or right-click if your mouse is configured to do so.
  3. Click Compress Items.
  4. The files will now be compressed into an archive.zip file.
