How do I connect my wireless bridge for the Phillips Hue lighting system to the internet?

- Phillips Hue Bridge 2.0 (Square)
Resolution
Wi-Fi Connection
Connect to WKU-WIRELESS. You may have to wait a few minutes to get a connection as our network registers your bridge. If you are unable to get a connection follow the instructions below to gather your MAC address. With your MAC address ready, please submit an online request or contact the ITS Service Desk.
Bridge Version 1.0 (Round)
The wired MAC address can be found on a barcoded sticker on the bottom of the device. It will begin with 00:17:88.
Bridge Version 2.0 (Square)
The last 6 characters of the wired MAC address can be found on a barcoded sticker on the bottom of the device. It will be in the pattern of a two letters or numbers separated by colons. Add 00:17:88 to the beginning to complete the 12-character MAC address.
