Deactivating Office365 Licenses

How do I deactivate Microsoft Office365 licenses so I can install it on another computer?

Resolution

Please select an instruction set below.

  1. Log into TopperMail.
  2. Click the  Settings button.
  3. Click your account icon in the upper-right corner.
    Note: This may be a round icon with your initials in it, or it could be a picture that you may have uploaded for your profile.
  4. Select View Account.
  5. Click Office apps  MANAGE .
  6. Click Sign out next to the desired device name. If you choose the wrong device, you can always activate it again by signing in.
  7. Click Sign out to confirm your choice.
  1. Go here.
  2. Sign in using your WKU email address and NetID password.
    Note: You may be asked to authenticate via Duo. Complete this to log into the account.
  3. Click your account icon in the upper-right corner.

  4. Select View Account.
  5. Click View apps & devices.
  6. Click DEVICES  to show currently activated devices.
  7. Click Sign out next to the desired device name. If you choose the wrong device, you can always activate it again by signing in.
  8. Click Sign out to confirm your choice.
