How to I turn on the Light version of OWA?
Resolution
With the migration to Microsoft 365, Microsoft has disabled the ability for end-users to manually enable the Light Outlook Web Access (OWA). The feature for Light OWA is applied automatically if the web browser being used cannot support the full version of OWA. You may, however, enable the Compact View setting for OWA to achieve settings that closely resemble that of the light version of OWA. Instructions for doing so are located here.
