How do I reply to or forward a message in Outlook Web Access (OWA)?

Resolution
From the list of messages on the left,
select the message
you would like to reply to or forward.
Note:
If the message is part of a conversation,
click on the specific message
you would like to use.
When the message is selected, the message contents will appear and the message controls will be available at the top right of the message.
Click the
downward pointing chevron
to the right of
Reply all

, or another option from the menu.
