ILL Error: Account has Expired

Issue/Question

When I try to log in to the Online Interlibrary Loan system, I receive error:

Your account has expired. Please contact your library or OCLC Customer Support for assistance.

Environment

Cause

This message indicates that ILL staff have expired the patron account.

Resolution

Please contact the ITS Service Desk or submit a service request.
