How to Uninstall Mediasite Desktop Recorder

How do I uninstall the Mediasite Desktop Recorder (MDR) program?

Environment

• Windows
  • Mediasite

Resolution

1. Click the Windows  button..
2. Type Control Panel.
3. Press Enter.
4. Click Uninstall a Program.
5. Scroll to find Mediasite Desktop Recorder and click to select it.
6. Click Uninstall. 
7. Complete the uninstaller instructions.
8. After the program is uninstalled, navigate here:
   C:\Program Files (x86)\Sonic Foundry\Mediasite Desktop Recorder 2\MDRService
6. Delete the file mdserv.db.
7. You can now reinstall the desktop recorder if needed.
