OneDrive Folders Not Syncing

Issue/Question

My OneDrive folders are not syncing and there is an error with the file / folder names. 

Environment

• OneDrive

Cause

There is an invalid character in the file or folder name.

Resolution

1. Locate the file or folder in question.
2. Rename the file or folder in question so that there are no invalid characters, symbols, or empty spaces at the end of the name.
3. Re-sync OneDrive to check for further errors.
