What do I do when my program has frozen or is not responsive?
Environment
Resolution
This will cause any unsaved work to be lost. Some work might have been saved by AutoSave depending on settings and program. Inform client there is a possibility of data loss before you perform this task.
- Press CTRL+ ALT + Delete.
- Click Start Task Manager.
- Find the application that is not responding and select it.
- Click End Task.
