Searching for Text in Microsoft Word Document

How can I locate a word or phrase I've used in my document?

Environment

  • Microsoft Word

Resolution

  1. Select the Home tab. 
  2. Select Editing , then select Find.
  3. The Navigation Pane will open on the left side of the screen. Type the word or phrase you are looking for in your document.
