Setting Up Zoom Scheduler

How do I setup Zoom Scheduler on my device?

In order to follow these instructions, you will need to be assigned a license to utilize Zoom Scheduler. Please submit this request to obtain a license.
  1. Open Zoom Workplace desktop application.
    Note: If you are prompted to update Zoom, following these instructions to do so.
  2. Click on Scheduler tab at the top. If you do not see this tab, sign out and sign back into Zoom.
  3. Choose the calendar you would like to connect to.
    Note: As of August 12, 2024, Zoom Scheduler only supports integrating with one calendar service at a time.
  4. Click Connect.
  5. Sign into your calendar.
  6. Click Accept to allow Zoom Scheduler to access your calendar.
  7. Once your calendar is connected, you will be prompted to set your time and day availability. Click Complete Account Setup when finished.
  8. Click Scheduler tab to see options for booking pages and other features.
    Note: If you do not see your booking pages, please sign out and sign back into Zoom.
